SERVICES
There is a small full-time administrative staff to help homeowners with everything including:
Paying bills (electric, phone/Internet, cable TV, etc.
Arranging for any routine home maintenance
Making reservations for travel, sports activities, restaurants, car rentals, etc.
Maid service, pool cleaning, landscape and property maintenance are also included in monthly maintenance fee
